On 10/28/21 we had students from Lincoln High School stop in for a tour of our facility thru the Inspire Wisconsin Program we participate in. As part of this program, Eric Scola, Karen Coppersmith and Maureen Raynier are career coaches for students in Manitowoc County. Along with providing tours to the different school districts, IWP will also provide job shadowing for students that have an interest, IWP will continue to do mock interviews to prepare students and a few IWP employees are listed as quest speakers if schools in Manitowoc County are interested in hearing about careers at IWP.

During this tour Eric engaged various employees to speak about their journey with IWP’s, training and development, tuition reimbursement, needed skills and education for various positions, lots of OTJ training, opportunities for advancement and much more. This program is a great way to get students thinking about their future whether they go on to further their education or not. Working at IWP is not just a job, it can be a Career!
