Joe Redmond, Vice President and General Manager leads the team for Ironwood Plastics. In his role, Joe will research, develop, lead, and execute divisional strategies to drive short and long-term organizational goals for profitable business growth and global brand value. He has 30 years of experience in various human resources, supervisory, directorial and managerial roles at several companies throughout Michigan, Ohio and Massachusetts, including sales, service and plant operations for a nationwide tool company. As a native Michigander, Joe is a United States Army Veteran who was a Pershing Missile crew member. A graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in social science-human resources multidisciplinary program. Joe also earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from Bowling Green State University, Huron, Ohio.
Mary Cisler, Controller, is responsible for the accounting operations at Ironwood Plastics, including the production of periodic financial reports, maintaining an adequate system of accounting records, and managing a detailed set of controls and budgets. Cisler joins CTB with 17 years of experience in a variety of accounting and human resources roles, holding positions controller, accounting manager, accountant, and human resources manager. She is a graduate of Silver Lake College, Manitowoc, Wisconsin, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in accounting and management. Cisler also obtained an associate degree in accounting from Lakeshore Technical College, Cleveland, Wisconsin. She earned an Aware Certificate – Inspiring Leadership from Lakeshore Technical College. A native of Two Rivers, Wisconsin, Cisler currently resides there.

Dave Zielinski is the Business Development Manager of Ironwood Plastics. He joined the company in 1996 and has held many roles since then including in Project Management, Account Management and Sales. As the Business Development Manager, he leads the New Product Acquisition team, which supports new and existing sales and other customer support activities.
He received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University, in Houghton, Michigan, and has studied Plastic Technology and Injection Molding at Hennepin Technical College, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to joining the plastics industry, Dave worked for a large civil engineering firm in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
When not at work, Dave is involved with family, enjoying time fishing and hunting. He also volunteers in several organizations

Julie Sexton, Account Manager, has been with Ironwood Plastics for 19 years. As Account Manager, Julie provides services to our customers from quoting new project opportunities to closing on specific part end of life, with many tasks in-between. Julie’s higher education programs were completed at the GEC Management College in Dunchurch, UK. Favorite leisure activities include golf and off road vehicle exploration adventures.

Corey Trcka, Account Manager, brings 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry specifically in fenestration and construction sectors. He holds an A.A.S. in Architectural Design and a B.S. in Business management from University of Wisconsin-Stout.
By cultivating a strong skill set in various manufacturer settings, Corey has a deep understanding of the plastics industry and provides the critical communication skills for client success.
He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, fishing, camping and hunting.

Jessie Bender is the Account Representative at Ironwood Plastics. She is the voice fo the customer. Jessie is the main point of contact for customer related items concerning sales orders and customer accounts.
Jessie has been with Ironwood Plastics for 11 years. In her spare time, Jessie enjoys time with her family, attending sporting events and spending time at Lake Superior.

Randy Ahnen is the Program Manager of Ironwood Plastics. He joined the company in 1997 and has held roles such as Tooling Engineer and Program Manager prior to stepping into his current position in 2010. Randy provides project technical leadership, capacity management and performance management to his team, which is responsible for all new projects at Ironwood Plastics.
Randy holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Biological Sciences from Michigan Technological University, in Houghton, Michigan.
In his spare time, Randy enjoys spending time with his family, spending time outdoors in the UP of Michigan and volunteering for multiple organizations.

Jamie Kangas is a Project Engineer at Ironwood Plastics. As the Project Engineer, he is responsible for leading new tooling and automation projects. He is the first point of contact for customers during the launch process and works to ensure new projects are completed on time, within budget and processes are followed to provide production ready solutions to customers.
Jamie join Ironwood Plastics in 2009. He has also served previously in the Sales Engineer and Account Manager roles. He graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan Technological University.
In Jamie’s off time, he enjoys spending time with his three daughters, family, and friends. He enjoys the outdoors fishing and boating.

Don Jokela is a Project Engineer with Ironwood Plastics. He is in charge of planning and coordinating new project technical engineering activities to ensure projects within budget and on schedule. Don works directly with customers to uphold project standards, develop project plans and adjust specifications for elements of a project.
Don has been with with Ironwood Plastics for 24 years. Outside of work, Don enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family and working out.

Theresa Turula is the Human Resource Manager of Ironwood Plastics. Theresa joined the company in 1983 as an Entry-Level employee and has held several positions in her 37 years with the company. Most recently she served as the Human Resource Coordinator before becoming the Human Resource Manager in 2010.
As the Human Resource Manager, Theresa provides guidance on staffing, development of workplace policies, benefit administration, retention and recruitment and coaching of our leaders.
In her spare time, Theresa enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, snowshoeing, walking and any sporting activity!

Kimberly Reed is the Human Resource Generalist at the Two Rivers location. Kimberly’s background is in various roles from Harley-Davidson, retail management from Fleet Farm, then progressed into a Human Resources Benefits Specialist role. Kimberly is a graduate of LTC in human resources administration and Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Franklin University.
As the Human Resources Generalist, Kimberly is responsible for: recruitment & retention, compensation & benefits, training & development, compliance, and leadership in both the Safety Committee & ACT Committee.
In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys using her annual passholder at Disney World, cooking, gardening, motorcycle riding, and spending time with her husband and multiple cats.

Chris Golembeski is the Production Manager of Ironwood Plastics, Ironwood Division. He joined the company in 2006 and served as Product Inspector, Assistant Team Leader and Team Leader prior to taking on his current role. Chris is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities to meet business objectives and customer needs. He is accountable for all aspects of plant performance and ensures that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner that are consistent with company policies and procedures, as well as customer specifications and requirements. He provides guidance to ensure optimized quality, efficiency, resource planning and cost effectiveness are achieved on a daily basis.
Chris holds an associate’s degree in Business Administration from Gogebic Community College, in Ironwood, Michigan and has studied Computer Information Systems at Western Michigan University, in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He is a Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) through the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
When not at work, Chris enjoys spending time with family, golfing, traveling and cooking.

Eric Scola is currently a Production Manager working in the Two Rivers Division of Ironwood Plastics. Eric works with and directs the Production and Tooling areas. Eric has had held many positions as he worked his way to becoming Production Manager. He is a “hands on” Production Manager with many areas of responsibility. He is part Setup, part Sr. Process Engineer, part Journeyman Tool Maker, part Manufacturing Engineer, and finally part Production Manager. With the many talents that come with Eric, he is a person that enjoys passing along and sharing his skills and knowledge. He firmly believes in training his replacement, because when doing this, he feels he is making the company stronger. People Eric has mentored generate quality products. He is a person to put your trust in when it comes to managing a process.
Outside of work, Eric is happily married, a Papa to six, and loves spending time with his family. His Grandpas were Carpenters, Masons, and Millwrights, His Father is a Master Plumber. With that said, just like at work, Eric has picked up many additional skillsets. And as well, he likes to keep busy by woodworking, remodeling his house, helping his children with their remodeling, and taking walks with his wife. Eric takes great pride in his family, house, and yard just as he does in work. Finally, he is also a “retired” Football coach who coached all levels from 6th grade up to 12th grade.

Sheryl Sejbl is the Production Quality Engineer at Ironwood Plastics. She joined the company in 1982 and worked until 1992 when she left to start a family. She returned in 1998 and has held many roles since, including Quality Support Technician, Quality Manager, NPI Project Manager and NPI Quality Engineer.
In 2015 she became the Production Quality Engineer where she leads the Production and Supplier Quality Team by setting goals and establishing metrics to monitor progress. She works directly with customers on quality requirements and ensures these requirements are implemented into our system. Sheryl also leads the Metrology Department where all First Article Inspections and Capability Studies are completed. She oversees all inspections coming through to ensure they are completed on time and error free.
Sheryl is certified as a Quality Inspector and Quality Technician through American Society for Quality (ASQ). Sheryl has also been doing internal ISO auditing for over 20 years to help ensure the company remains compliant to the Automotive Standard.
In her spare time, Sheryl enjoys knitting, crocheting, gardening and spending time with her family.

Liz Justinak is the Quality Systems Manager and Workforce Development Coordinator for Ironwood Plastics. She began her career with IWP in 2000 and held previous roles that include Training Coordinator and Production Team Leader for the Ironwood division.
As the Quality Systems Manager Liz ensures we are compliant to IATF 16949, oversees the internal audit system, coordinates external audits with our certification body and customers. She also develops and maintains our internal training programs.
Liz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Media Communication from Oral Roberts University, Tulsa OK. She has completed Exemplar Global Lead Auditor training through AIAG.
Liz enjoys living Up North, local history and exploring the U.P. (especially in the summer months).
